You need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 Laptop for Livestreaming with the latest versions of SET and OBS installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 Laptop for Scoring on the Tatami with the latest version of SET installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Network for those 2 Laptops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Start the LS Laptop and connect it to the network<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Depending on which kind of Internet access you have (LAN or WLAN) you need to decide on how to connect the LS Laptop to the local network.
Each Laptop usually only can connect to one network via LAN and to one additional network via WLAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your internet connection is via LAN \u2192 connect to the local network via WLAN.
Your internet connection is via WLAN \u2192 connect to the local network via LAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the best livestream possible it is best to connect to the internet via LAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Setup the Tatami Laptop to send Time in Kumite<\/h4>\n\n\n\n3.1 Setup SET on your LS Laptop<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
Panels \u2192 Data Services \u2192 SET PSS TCP\/UDP Interface (Live match info.): Panels \u2192 Data Services \u2192 SET PSS TCP\/UDP Interface (Live match info.) It\u2019s the one you used just before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the field PORT insert: 23456<\/p>\n\n\n\n Press \u201cAdd\u201d, then \u201cStart\u201d. If done correctly you will see a message in the message console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Open SET on your LS Laptop Do not minimize SET Activity Monitor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Minimizing SET AM will cause it to not update anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Open SET on your LS Laptop:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Panels \u2192 Set Monitor \u2192 SET DTM Monitor (Refresh)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Do not minimize SET DTM!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Minimizing SET DTM will cause it to not update anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You need to do the following twice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sources \u2192 + \u2192 Window Capture \u2192 create new \u2192 input a name Under \u201cWindow\u201d select \u201c[javaw.exe]: SET -Activity Monitor\u201d (or SET -DTM). Now move the windows to where they look nice and fit their size so the text is readable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The DTM will most likely have a black bar on the right side. Keep in mind, that the AM needs more space when the scores are shown at the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Do not minimize SET Activity Monitor or SET DTM!<\/p>\n\n\n\n To make the stream look more professional it is a good idea to add a transparency effect to the AM and DTM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1) right click the AM\/DTM under Sources While a fight is going on its best to show just the AM and show the DTM only in the times in between. Then do a transition by clicking on the \u201cTransition\u201d button, to get the changes to the actual video:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Here is a list of some common errors and how to fix them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1) DTM and\/or AM is not showing despite being activated (eye symbol active)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Fixes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Your elements in Sources have layers, so the DTM\/AM might lie \u201cunder\u201d your video. 2) DTM and\/or AM is not showing the current match or not showing anything<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Fixes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Go to SET \u2192 SET Monitor and refresh DTM\/AM<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 If SET is frozen \u2192 restart SET \u2192 open DTM\/AM again<\/p>\n\n\n\n When livestreaming SET might freeze because your processor is overburdened. 3) The PSS live time is not shown in the activity monitor despite being setup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The LS Laptop is in two different networks (the local network for SET OVR and another network for access to the internet). Sometimes it happens, that the SET software starts with the „wrong“ IP-address, means not the IP-address from the local network but the IP-address from the internet connection. Add your Laptops own IP address in the field on the bottom (Default IP-Address for UDP Listener).

(it\u2019s a good idea to name them \u201cActivity Monitor\u201d and \u201cDTM\u201d, respectively)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Uncheck \u201cCapture Cursor\u201d!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To remove it rightclick on DTM in Sources \u2192 Transform \u2192 Edit Transform \u2192 Add a value of around 30 to \u201cCrop Right\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n6.1 Making DTM and AM transparent<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
2) select \u201cFilters\u201d
3) click on the plus symbol in the lower right of the pop up screen
4) add a color correction

<\/figure>\n\n\n\n8. Troubleshooting<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Click once on DTM\/AM in Sources, then click on the Up-button in sources until DTM\/AM is in the top of the list.
If it is still not showing check point 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In OBS this is shown on the lower right corner.
If your CPU consistently shows over 80% you should check your settings and change them accordingly, if that doesn\u2019t work the problem usually lies with your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
