In the drop down menu all clubs with already existing entries are shown.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_7.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_7.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">To search for a club, that is already registered for the event but not shown in the drop down menu, click on the search icon.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_9.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_9.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Select the club from the list by double clicking on it. In case your club is not shown here, you have to <a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/knowledge-base\/register-a-new-club\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\">register a new club<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_10.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_10.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">In the Competitors drop down menu, you find all athletes that are already added to the selected club. To add a new athlete click on the &#8222;plus&#8220;-icon.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_13.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_13.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Enter all important information about the athlete in the competitor manager window. The first name, last name, birthday and gender are required, the other information are in general optional.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_14.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_14.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Add the athlete to the club by clicking on save.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_19.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_19.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"step20\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<h2>How to add\/change a picture<\/h2>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">After the initial information are saved, a picture of the athlete can be added. Therefor you can either upload a picture from your device or use a connected webcam to take picture.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_20.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_20.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">To use the webcam capture mode, select the correct webcam in the drop down menu on top and click on &#8222;Take Snapshot&#8220; to take a photo of the current view.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_23.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_23.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">A cutout of the snapshot is shown in the right window. The frame can be moved with the mouse button pressed down. Only if the information of the athlete meet the categories&#8216; requirements (e.g. gender and age), the category is shown in the list.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_32.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Register_a_new_athlete_32.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Click on &#8222;Save entries&#8220; to save the entry in the selected category.
