Login with the administration mode, go to &#8222;Edit&#8220; in the menu bar and select &#8222;Move categories&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_3.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">The &#8222;Move categories&#8220; window shows up. Therefor go to &#8222;Edit&#8220; \u2192 &#8222;Merge categories&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_17.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_17.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">In the &#8222;Merge categories&#8220; window select if you want to merge individual or team categories.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_18.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_18.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Select all categories you would like to merge on the left side. Close the window afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_25.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_25.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div id=\"step27\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<h2>How to split categories<\/h2>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Split a category based on a characteristic like gender or age to devide the entries in two new categories. Go to &#8222;Edit&#8220; in the menu bar and select &#8222;Split category&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_27.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_27.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Open the drop down menu on top to select the category you would like to split.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_29.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_29.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Select the split-method you would like to use, e.g. the sex of the competitors.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_30.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Move_merge_and_split_categories_30.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;\">On the top right side you find all entries of the selected category.
