If the club already exists for the event, you find it in the drop down menu or via the search icon. Otherwise you have to <a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/knowledge-base\/register-a-new-club\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"register a new club\">register a new club<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_12.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_12.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>All referees of the club are shown in the list on the left. To add a new referee, click on the \u00abplus\u00bb-icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_13.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_13.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the data of the new referee in the referee Manager. The first and last name are mandatory, the rest is additional information which can help to do the referee draw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_15.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_15.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on \u00absave\u00bb to add the referee to the club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_20.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_20.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can upload or take a picutre of the referee before you update the profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_25.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_25.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"step10\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to register a new referee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To register a new referee, open the \u00abRegistration of referees\u00bb window either through the entry list (Edit \u2192 \u00abRegistration of referees\u00bb) or directly via the Main Tree Menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_10.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_10.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To register a referee choose the referee&#8217;s club, select him from the referee list of the club and click on \u00abSave entries\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_26.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_26.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"step4\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Referee entries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To access the list of currently registered referees, rightclick on \u00abReferee entries\u00bb in the Main Tree Menu and go to \u00abReferee entries\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_4.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/set.sportdata.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Register_a_new_referee_4.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>An alternative way to access the entry lists is via \u00abOverview \/ Statistics\u00bb.
