There are multiple settings for determining the entry fee with the competitor and team category entry fees being found when creating categories, and extended settings in entry fee model.
For individual competitor or team categories, the entry fees are determined during the creation of the category, or edited in the category list.
This is an example of where to add individual or team category entre fee.
To use extended entry fee features, click on the Entry Fee Model.
Enter the entry fee for categories for coaches, referees, officials and for clubs.
You can charge the team as a whole or per athlete.
If you want to give discounts on entries for individual categories. It can be by percentage, flat rate for additional entries, or based on a specific value apply a discount.
In team categories you need to apply separate discounts from individual categories.
For phasic pricing structure, add the first phase by writing the date, original fee, the new fee and press add. To add another phase, add a comma at the end of the first phase.
For limiting the maximum entry fee of a club indicate the total amount.
When using Sports id as a membership system, you can incentivize non members to become members by including additional fees for non-members.
Add custom Entry Fee description, and save.
