Nature of Products (Digital Content)

All products sold are digital software licenses delivered electronically.

• No physical goods are shipped
• You are purchasing a license to use software, not ownership
• Use is subject to the original software publisher’s license terms

Ordering Process (WooCommerce)

Orders are placed via our website using WooCommerce.

• After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email
• A contract is formed once payment is successfully processed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., fraud suspicion, pricing errors)

Prices and VAT

• Prices are shown in EUR and may include VAT (clearly indicated at checkout)
• VAT is applied in accordance with EU regulations
• If you provide a valid VAT ID (for business purchases), VAT may not be charged

Payment

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

• Payment must be completed before delivery
• We do not store full payment details

Delivery

• Products are delivered digitally via email or your account
• Delivery is usually instant but may take up to [X hours]
• You are responsible for providing a correct email address

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right.

However, for digital content:

• This right is lost once delivery begins
• By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final after delivery

Refunds may be issued only if:

• The product was not delivered, or
• The license key is invalid and cannot be replaced

License Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or share license keys
• Use the software unlawfully
• Violate the publisher’s license terms
• The license is granted solely for use in connection with events that are officially organized, hosted, or operated by the license owner.
• Use of the software for any other event, including events organized by third parties or for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes unrelated to the license owner’s official events, is strictly prohibited.
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SPORTDATA (specially but not only for Multi Sport Events, Games Events or any other event where Sportdata is involved or contracted), who retains full ownership of the software and may terminate this license immediately upon any unauthorized use.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for software compatibility issues or indirect damages
• Products are provided “as is”

Termination

We may suspend or cancel access if misuse or fraud is suspected.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Consumers may also have rights under their local laws.
